SCARS is a non profit organization put together by fans to help Irish Short Circut and Road Racers.

 The fund was set up after an idea of Glen Whelan & Adele Milne following several fatal accidents to riders and other serious accidents to riders leaving them needing a lot of hospital treatment and aftercare by those involved in both the road and circuit racing over the last few years is a welcome development within the sport
